The NBA Fined James Harden $50K for Going Out to A Club
The NBA has fined Houston Rockets guard James Harden $50,000 for “violating league's health and safety protocols.” Harden was spotted at a party without a mask on.
If suspended, Harden will lose $573,000 for every game he ends up missing.
The superstar shooting guard denied that he was at a strip club this time, and said it was just his homegirl’s event. Some people think Harden is intentionally getting in trouble in order to get traded. A couple days ago Harden made the news for chucking basketballs at his teammates and starting fights in practice.
Harden tested negative for the coronavirus on Monday, Tuesday and again Wednesday after the brouhaha over his being pictured at a club.
In a twist of fate, the Rockets were unable to play their season opener against Oklahoma City — because other players, not James Harden, tested positive for coronavirus.
Looks like the safest protocol to not get sick is chilling with Harden in the not strip club!
