Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, Daily Dropout will be happy to offer an exchange on your merchandise within 10 days of purchase (certain restrictions may apply, merchandise must be in original condition). We do not offer refunds at this time. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price and you are RESPONSIBLE for shipping costs.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will receive the return address upon submitting a request for a product exchange. exchanges are processed within 10-14 business days after your package has been scanned by the return carrier. Once your exchange has been processed, we will send you an email with updates about your exchange.
