Ex-Israeli Space Chief Says Aliens from a "Galactic Federation" Talk to USA, Israel

Ex-Israeli general Haim Eshed, who served as the head of Israel's space security program for nearly 30 years, said that aliens from a "Galactic Federation" have been in contact with the US and Israel for years.
Eshed says it’s been kept secret because humanity isn’t ready to know this. He also said the aliens want to research and understand "the fabric of the universe."
Oh, and he also said there’s a secret underground base on Mars, where there are American and alien representatives.
"If I had come up with what I’m saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized," said Eshed, referencing the U.S. creation of the Space Force and other recent headlines. "Today, they’re already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I’ve received my degrees and awards; I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing."
Earlier this year, the Pentagon declassified videos showing “UFOs.”
