Jake Paul Predicts He Will Embarrass Nate Diaz, Lure Conor McGregor into Fight
Jake Paul is talking that smack again!
“Once I beat Nate Diaz. Once I embarrass him, actually, I will be undeniable to (Conor) McGregor,” says Jake Paul.
Paul predicts he will win his upcoming fight with MMA fighter Ben Askren and then get Diaz to fight him.
All with the goal of a match against Conor McGregor.
“People are going to see. They’re going to be surprised, and it’s going to be hard for me to get a fight after this, to be honest,” said Paul. “It really is. People are going to see my performance and say, ‘Let’s really second guess ourselves here because, do we want to lose to the Disney channel actor, boxer kid?”
Diaz said in an interview that a boxing match with Paul will “for sure” will happen “at some point.” According to Paul, he claims Diaz has just two fights remaining on his UFC contract and then Diaz will fight him.
But Paul still has to beat Ben Askren first for a lot of people to care.
Askren is known primarily for his exceptional wrestling skills, so how this boxing match will fare is anyone’s guess. Paul claimed he will knock out Askren inside the first round.
“Say whatever you want. Oh Paul is gonna beat Askren. They fight the fights for a reason. One is an Olympian and world champion cage fighter. The other is a YouTube guy,” said MMA commentator Fight Oracle on Twitter.
