The Rock Says He Would Run For President "If That's What the People Wanted"
The Rock said this week he would run for president “if that’s what the people wanted.”
"I would consider a presidential run in the future if that's what the people wanted," said The Rock. "Truly I mean that, and I'm not flippant in any way with my answer. That would be up to the people...So I would wait, and I would listen. I would have my finger on the pulse, my ear to the ground."
Uh oh. Is The Rock about to deliver the smackdown on some politicians’s candy asses?
Is The Rock gonna win the presidency and hit the Federal Reserve with a Rock Bottom?
Do the Republicans and Democrats SMEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLL what the Rock is cooking?
Wrestlers have a history in America of doing VERY well in politics.
Jesse Ventura won his first run for governor of Minnesota — as a third party candidate!
The WWE’s Kane ran for mayor of Knox County, Tennessee and won on his first try.
Americans love wrestlers, and they definitely know how to talk to a crowd.
If Donald Trump could rile up the people, the creator of the “people’s elbow” can definitely do the same.
Will The Rock really run?
In 2017, the actor said he was "seriously considering" a run, and now he says he will do it if the people demand it.
But when he was a wrestler, The Rock had a habit of telling the people what they wanted. Is he telling us now that we want President Rocky Johnson?
President Rocky Maivia?
President Dwayne “Know Your Role and Shut Your Mouth” ‘The Rock’ Johnson?
We’ll find out soon, jabronis.
