Michael Jordan played for the NBA for 15 seasons on the Chicago Bulls and the Washington Wizards. He was inducted in the Basketball Hall of Fame twice, once for his NBA career and another for his participation in the 1992 Olympics as part of The Dream Team. Jordan attended the University of North Carolina where he made the winning jump shot of the 1982 NCAA Championship Game. Michael Jordan is considered by many to be the greatest basketball player of all time. He is currently the owner of the Charlotte Hornets.

Ollie Matson was a professional football player and Olympic Gold Metal winning sprinter. He played in the NFL from 1952 to 1966 as a running back. He played in the Pro Bowl nine times and was inducted in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1972 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 1976. Ollie attended the University of San Francisco where he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi. His senior year his team went undefeated and Matson was selected as an All American.

Ted Dibiase was a professional wrestler known as “The Million Dollar Man” in the World Wrestling Federation. Dibiase was a three time Tag Team champion, the first North American Heavyweight champion, and the 1988 King of the Ring. He has held thirty titles in his career. He was inducted in the 2010 WWE Hall of Fame. He is currently a part of the WWE’s Legends Program. He is regarded as the greatest villain in pro wrestling history. He attended West Texas State University where he a member of Alpha Tau Omega.
Bobby Jones, Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Bobby Jones was an amateur golfer who helped design the world renown Augusta National Golf Club and co-founded the Masters Tournament. Despite technically being an “amateur” Jones competed successfully against professionals and would often beat them. Jones is known for completing a “Grand Slam” which means winning all four major golf tournaments in one year in 1930. Jones retired from playing golf at just 28 years old and went on to be an instructor and equipment designer. Bobby Jones attended Georgia Tech where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Today their chapter house is named after him.

George Brett played as third basemen and designated hitter for the Kansas City Royals for 21 years. During his career he got 3,154 hits, placing him 16th of all time in major league baseball and number 1 as a third basemen. He is one of four players who had a career .300 batting average, 300 home runs and 3,000 hits. He is the only player in history to win a batting title in three different decades. Brett was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999.

Jimmy Edmonds, also known as “Jimmy Baseball” or “Jimmy Ballgame” is a former professional baseball player. He played center field and was known for his batting abilities and fielding skills. Throughout his career he received 8 Rawling’s Golden Glove awards. He joined the St. Lois Cardinal’s broadcasting crew in 2013 and was inducted into their Hall of Fane in 2014. John Lynch is a former professional football player who went to the Pro Bowl nine times. He played as a strong safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and helped them win a Super Bowl ring in 2003. He retired in 2008 after spending four years with the Denver Broncos. He then went on to be a sports analyst for the NFL games on Fox. In 2017 he was hired to be the San Francisco’s 49ers General Manager. He went to Stanford where he pledged Delta Tau Delta and was also a baseball star.

Eli Manning is a NFL quarterback currently playing for the New York Giants. He has led them to two Super Bowl Wins in 2008 and 2012, both against the New England Patriots. Eli was named most valuable player (MVP) in both games becoming one of only five players to receive multiple Super Bowl MVP awards. He holds the Giants franchise record for most passing yards, completed passes and touchdown passes in a career. From 2004-2017, Manning started in 210 games in a row, that is the second longest consecutive start streak held by a quarterback in the NFL. Eli attended the University of Mississippi where he was a member of Sigma Nu. He led their football team to a victory in the Cotton Bowl and got a degree in Marketing with a 3.44 GPA.
Shaquille O’Neal, Omega Psi Phi, Lousiana State University
Shaquille O’Neal played the position of center in the NBA for 19 years on six different teams. At 325 pounds and 7 ft 1 in Shaq is one of the heaviest and tallest players in professional basketball history. He’s won 4 championships, 3 of which was with Kobe Bryant and the LA Lakers. Shaq has been selected to play in the All Star game 15 times, 3 of which he won the MVP award. Troy Aikman played in the NFL as a quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys for 12 consecutive seasons. He led the Cowboys to 3 Super Bowl victories and was named MVP for Super Bowl XXVII. He was selected to play in the Pro-Bowl 6 times. In 2006 he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Aikman turned down an offer from a major league baseball team the New York Mets to instead play football at the University of Oklahoma where he became a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He was the first freshman to start as quarterback at Oklahoma since WWII. In 2008 he was also inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
