The Alpha Omicron Pi chapter at University of Arkansas was established in 2006 and their chapter house was built three years later in 2009. The house is 30,000 square feet. It’s tied for twentieth largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.
6) Kappa Alpha Theta, Oklahoma State University
Kappa Alpha Theta at Oklahoma State University was established September 6, 1919 after a ban of Greek Life due to World War I and the influenza epidemic. The house has 30,534 square feet and is the 19th largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.
5) Chi Omega, University of Missouri.
Built in 2013, this house is 33,557 square feet. Chi Omega is one of the largest Sororities with 178 collegiate chapters. The University of Missouri Chi Omega chapter started in 1913 and today has 300 active members. It’s the fourteenth largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.
4) Delta Gamma, University of Alabama
The Delta Gamma house at Alabama is 35,000 square feet. The house is four stories and can sleep 61 people. It was completed in 2012. It’s the twelfth largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.

Founded in 1989, the Gamma Phi Beta Alabama chapter house is 40,000 square feet. It completed construction in 2015 and has room for 72 girls to sleep. It’s tied for the fourth largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.
2) Pi beta Phi, University of Arkansas
Completed in 2017, the Pi Beta Phi chapter house is 43,000 square feet. The house sleeps 98 girls, has a dining room that seats 215 and a chapter room that seats 400. The house received the 2017 ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) Excellence in Design Silver Award. It’s the third largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.
1) Kappa Kappa Gamma, University of Arkansas
The Kappa Kappa Gamma Chapter was founded at the University of Arkansas in 1925. The house is 46,350 square feet and was completed in 2013. Savvy Shields, who was crowned Miss America in 2017 attended the sorority. It’s the largest sorority house and the second largest Greek-affiliated house in North America.
