Kate Upton

Kate Upton is a 26 year old model and actress. In 2011 she was named the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Rookie of the Year. She was also the cover model for the 2012, 2013 and 2017 issues of the magazine. She was featured on the cover for Vanity Fair in the 100th-anniversary issue. She’s acted in the movies Tower Heist, The Other Woman and The Layover.

Kate Upton was signed as a model in 2008 but didn’t become well known until 2011, when she was in a video that went viral. In the video she’s at a basketball game and does the “Dougie”, a popular hip hop dance at the time. Overnight her social media blew up and lead her to become who she is today.

Ed Sheeran is a 27 year old English singer, song writer and record producer. He has sold more than 38 million albums making him one of the world’s best selling musicians in the world. He began recording his music and putting it out independently in 2004. Sheeran grew his fan base using Youtube as a medium to get his music out to the public. By 2011 he was signed to a major record label for his debut studio album.

Bo Burnham

Bo Burnham is a 28 year old comedian, musician, actor, filmmaker and poet. He has released 3 studio comedy albums and performed 3 stand up specials. He co-created and starred in a MTV series called Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous and also wrote and directed his own film called Eighth Grade. Burnham began his comedy career posting musical comedy videos to his YouTube channel in 2006. By 2008 he was signed to Comedy Central Records.

Darren Criss

Darren Criss is a 31 year old actor, singer and songwriter. He is best known for his role as Blaine Anderson on the TV show Glee. He has also acted on Broadway in the productions of Hedwig and the Angry Inch and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. His acting on television has earned him a Golden Globe and an Emmy. Criss was brought into the spotlight after he and the other founders of the musical theatre company StarKid Productions produced the musical A Very Potter Musical and uploaded it to YouTube. The musical went viral and Hollywood saw Criss’ talent.

The Weeknd

The Weeknd is the stage name for Abel Makkonen Tesfaye who is a 28 year old rapper, singer, song writer and record producer. Tesfaye has won 8 Billboard Music Awards, 2 American Music Awards, 9 Juno Awards and 3 Grammy Awards. He has also been nominated for an Academy Award for his song featured in the film Fifty Shades of Grey. His career took off when he posted his original songs to YouTube under the name The Weeknd. The songs got a ton of online attention, including a blog post from Drake which caused more coverage from the media outlets The New York Times, and Pitchfork.

Andy Milonakis

Andy Milonakis is a 42 year old comedian, writer, actor, rapper and streamer. He is known for creating and starring in The Andy Milonakis Show and was also featured on The Kroll show. He has acted in many Hollywood movies like Waiting and Mac & Devon go to Highschool. He was in the rap group named Three Loco with Riff Raff and Dirt Nasty. Now he is an IRL (In Real Life) streamer.

Andy got his start by uploading a video to the internet in 2003 where he sung how much he hated the Super Bowl. The video quickly went viral and got the attention of Jimmy Kimmel who flew Andy to La to be on his show. Once YouTube was created, Andy posted comedy raps to his channel to keep his online presence known and that started his rap career.

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber is a 24 year old Canadian singer-songwriter. Growing up Justin learned to play piano, drums, guitar and trumpet. His mother would film his performances at local talent shows for their friends and family members to see. A talent manager named Scooter Braun saw one of these videos on YouTube and tracked down Bieber to work on some demos with his record label with Usher. There they recorded Bieber’s first single “One Time” and the rest is history. Juston Bieber has since had garnered huge international success and is one the most powerful celebrities today.
